- Tap the + button, then Clinical case.
- Choose Share as myself or Anonymous. Add photos if they help: every photo gets a privacy check, so cover faces, names and hospital numbers, and crop to what matters.
- Add a title and the case: age and sex, presenting complaint, history, examination and investigations.
- Choose what you need (diagnosis help, management or a teaching case), whether it is resolved, and up to 3 specialties.
- Confirm you removed all identifiers and have consent as your institution requires, then tap Post case.
To help solve cases, open the Cases tab in the Feed, read a case and tap Suggest. The most helpful answers rise to the top.
Never share anything that could identify a patient. Cases that break this rule are removed.
