Most reviews are done within a day. While you wait, Campus shows your college in preview: you can look around, but you cannot post, reply or register for events yet.
You do not need to restart the app. As soon as you are approved, MedFello opens your campus by itself and shows "You are verified". You also get a notification if notifications are on.
If nothing has changed after two days, pull down on Campus to refresh, then contact us.
