If your verification is not approved

The message we send tells you why. The usual reasons are:

• The photo is blurry, dark or cut off.
• The name on the document does not match your MedFello name.
• The document is from a different college than the one on your profile.
• For doctors, the registration number or council does not match.

Fix the issue (for example, change your college in Settings, College and year) and submit again from Settings, Verification.
